1. Overview
This page explains the fees that may apply when you use MOOKH. The exact fees for any transaction are always shown to you before you confirm — at checkout for buyers, and in your organiser tools for organisers. This page forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Fees for buyers
When you buy a ticket, a service fee and, where applicable, a payment processing fee may be added to the ticket price. Any such fees are itemised at checkout before you pay. The organiser sets the ticket price; MOOKH sets the service fee for use of the platform.
3. Fees for organisers
We charge organisers a fee for using the Services — typically a per-ticket service fee and/or a percentage of ticket sales, together with payment processing costs. Listing an event is free. The applicable fees are shown to you when you set up your event and may be deducted from the amounts we collect before your payout is remitted.
Fees, payouts, and deductions for organisers are governed in more detail by our Organiser Agreement.
4. Taxes on fees
Our fees may be exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), which we may add and collect where required by law. Taxes on ticket prices and on event revenue are the responsibility of the organiser, as set out in the Taxes section of our Terms of Service.
5. Refunds of fees
Where a refund is approved, the ticket price is refunded in line with our Refund Policy and the organiser’s policy. Booking, service, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable, except where required by law or stated otherwise.
6. Changes to fees
We may change our fees from time to time. The fees that apply to a transaction are those shown to you at the time you confirm it. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we make changes.
