Questions about the new platform

Your existing data won't be carried over to the new platform. You'll still be able to access it on the current platform for a limited period, and we'll give you tools to download your data so you can keep your own copy before then.

No — the new MOOKH is a fresh start, so you'll need to register a new account. It only takes a few minutes, and we'll guide you through it.

Stores are now called Organizations. They work the same way as before — you first create your Organization, then create an event under it.

Events aren't migrated automatically — you'll set them up fresh on the new platform. Recreating them is quick and straightforward.

Any outstanding balances and pending payouts in the legacy system will be honored in full and settled.

Nope. No changes to what you pay. It's still free to create an account and the commission has not changed.

The new platform is rolling out now, and the current platform will keep running for a limited transition window so you have time to download your data and set up. We'll confirm the exact dates so you can plan your switch.
